Uneasy Rider goes down the memory lane of legendary actor Dennis Hopper. From his humble beginnings in the dust blown-plains of Kansas to the mind-blowing pains of Apocalypse Now, from the glamor of L.A. to a pissed lifestyle in New Mexico, and from box office zero to art house hero, Hopper’s life was no easy ride.

But a hell of a trip.

Uneasy Rider invites us onto a roller-coaster ride, leading us to discover the true Dennis Hopper.

Vaske assembled a star-studded cast of influential artists, musicians, and filmmakers, documenting their insights and memories of this singular icon.

Featuring: Wim Wenders, Isabel Coixet, Alex Cox, Isabella Rossellini, Diane Kruger, Michael Madsen, Harry Dean Stanton, Julian Schnabel, Ed Ruscha, Anton Corbijn, Frank Gehry, Kris Kristofferson, Jeremy Thomas, and Dave Stuart.
